Harmony helps your organisation manage the consistency of their customer information by filling gaps and telling you what is missing. You can extend customer content by linking to external Sources of Truth such as postal address files, spatial codes, socio-demographics, risk data and more.
Harmony achieves this with the Harmony Address Validation Engine (HAVE).
The Harmony Address Validation Engine (HAVE) is a unified application architecture that manages the access rules and mechanisms for validating customer address data against Sources of Truth.
All Harmony Validation modules use the HAVE architecture to access the data model and validation rules for each Source of Truth.
HAVE supports all Harmony’s validation modules and methods:
Harmony Rapid Address
Supports the rapid entry of address data at the point of for improved accuracy and productivity.
Harmony Post
Post Office approved address correction to achieve bulk mail discounts and ensure mail is delivered to the right place.
Other Validation modules for any address-based business applications
HAVE can be used to append any additional keys and fields to addresses to enable business applications, including:
- Geocodes to enable geospatial applications
